This knowhow and yearlong experience with expansion joints and their function in pipe systems enable us to assist clients on piping engineering for high pressure pipe systems as well.

Piping layout with expansion joints

By piping engineering Belman is developing efficient piping processes to safely transport fluid or gas across a pipe section in an industrial facility – to ensure optimum service life and trouble free operation. For this part Belman is of course focusing on the pipe sections containing expansion joints and further Belman assist in expansion joint selection and placement.

 

Piping stress calculation and analysis

Belman assist the client on advanced analysis  of pressure bearing parts on expansion joints, components and the pipe system itself. this is done by use of various softwares and methods such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Additionally Belman also assists on Fatigue assessment and stress concentration at critical pressure bearing parts.

 

Report with analysis, findings and recommendations

Belman can provide the client  a detailed report containing analysis, illustrations, findings and recommendations. In addition to that Belman can also assist on trouble shooting, and provide analysis, findings and recommendations in a report for the benefit of the client.
