The client contacted Belman Flexibles India with a requirement of 38 pcs. customised Expansion Joint design that is suitable for accommodating large axial and lateral movements.

Restrained Universal Expansion Bellows for BAC Inlet Chute
Belman Flexibles India engineered the 500 NB Universal Expansion Bellows consisting of center pipe section between two Tied Expansion Joints in order to accommodate the large +/- 250 mm axial movements and +/- 100 mm lateral movement in combination.
In addition, all the Expansion Bellows are restrained by limit rods to control the absorption of the large movements. Additionally, the Expansion Bellows are incorporated with inner sleeve to provide further protection of the Bellow. In this way the saft and effective solution was presented to the client.
