Belman Flexibles India engineered and manufactured this 2600 NB Universal Expansion Bellow for the double force expose to hot fuel gas in a FCCU application.

Belman Flexibles India was inquired for a specially designed Expansion Bellow that is able to accommodate axial, lateral and angular movement in combination and designed according to the latest EJMA standard.

2600 NB Universal Expansion Bellow for FCCU

To help the client on the issue Belman Flexibles India engineered a tied Universal Expansion Joint in the size of 2600 NB that is able to accommodate the movements in combination. The tie rods function as movement limiters. The design temperature is 450 Degree Celsius and the design pressure is 0.5 Barg (Test Pressure 0.75 Barg). This Expansion Bellow design also includes a special cover externally to provide more protection for the Bellows.
