CLIENT ISSUE
The client contacted Belman Flexibles India as they were need for some special Expansion Bellows able to absorb movements in their pipeline with the working temperatures of 1000 degree Celsius.

High Temperature Expansion Bellows designed for Hot Bed Ash media
With the given project parameters, Belman Flexibles India designed and manufactured three Universal Expansion Bellows to accommodate the axial and lateral movements of the pipeline in combination. These bellows are specially designed for high temperature, which is 1000 Degree Celsius as the media is hot bed ash. The Bellows are made from SS310, which is a heat resistant stainless steel grade that is very good for use in very high temperature environments.
