These Expansion Joints for Hydrogen are manufactured and designed for a project of a Hydrogen Liquefaction Plant within Hydro Energy in East Asia.
Belman solution
This project was exiting and challenging. Belman provided technical consultancy in order to help the client keeping cost-effective prices while assuring the engineering requirements were meet. The solution for the project was 38 Expansion Joints made as expansion pass-through for valves including 1”, 1” 1/2 & 2” and 3”.
Testing
As this was for hydrogen Belman performed following tests for this project,
– Tightness test
– Pressure test
– VT – visual test
– PT – Penetrant test
